As compact and precise as the acronym for this work is the project for 101 rehousing dwellings for the EMV of Madrid. The imposed planning, a "U-shaped" block, was as rigid as the project regulations themselves.

These conditioning factors, assumed as a decisive factor in the solution, take on a tyrannical role in the design of the block, organised with four vertical cores, which aims to be a building with a single unit. This compactness of the floor plan is reflected on the outside in the density of the façade where the serial openings open up to resolve the different possible situations in the dwelling: living room, bedroom or kitchen.

The prefabricated boxes vary according to their orientation and can be used for carpentry, shutters, ground floor protection, kitchen ventilation or to conceal views on clotheslines with translucent glass.
