The building is a dense, continuous and smooth body, without organs, in which particularities are produced by subtraction: External access by subtraction of three bays from level 0 to the crest. Vestibule in pit, by linear subtraction from the first bay downwards. The interior bubble function and reception room: an interior produced by hollowing out the outside of which is the interior.

The dense body is installed by minimal actions: it first chooses its waterline 8,000 m2 above ground, 7,000 m2 below ground and then selects the horizon it looks at, borrowing its colour and texture: reflective texture, "nothing" colour.
