"The main entrance is arranged laterally, forming a courtyard with landscaping around it, giving access to the hall from which the staircase leading to the first floor starts, and to the living room, a room which is given maximum architectural and decorative importance, with a series of covered and half-covered terraces that will provide access to the outside. From this living room we go to the dining room, which is served through the office, a piece that links the main area with the service area, and vertically with another office on floor 1 through a dumbwaiter. In addition, there is a guest flat and a bathroom on this floor".

"The external appearance will be that of very lively floors with large windows and terraces, in accordance with the climate and the way of life of the place, combining the reddish stone found on the islands, using it in skirting boards and walls on the ground floor, with whitewashed walls, curved tiles, preferably old, and varnished wood".
