The aim was to build high-tech offices on a triangular-shaped site on an industrial estate.

For this we created a garden. A high wall of Marés stone was built following the triangular outline of the site, creating an enclosed area. The entire site is excavated in the basement and the horizontal plane is re-established with a floor slab covered with travertine, as is the inside face of the walls. A podium enclosed by a wall is created. The result is a travertine box open to the sky. A 6 x 6 m orthogonal grid is drawn on it. And separating from the walls, a band is created parallel to the sides of the triangle, with white cylindrical metal pillars on which a flat roof is placed, which flies two metres on each side of the line of pillars. It is glazed, with no joinery, creating a continuous space across the horizontal plane of the travertine floor.
