The clergy population in Europe has undergone a rapid ageing process which makes it difficult to maintain a model of individualised geriatric care. The concentration of care services in priest's houses requires lay priests to rebuild their relationship with the territory and to redefine their insertion in a community environment.

The project is the device that articulates the transformation. The passage from a rural and extensive environment to a compact and urban environment, and also the passage from an existence marked by individual representativeness as a referent and social arbiter, to a community life with a less hierarchical distribution of roles is carried out through the activation of a set of translations and invitations to participation.
