On the outskirts of Madrid, on the wastelands that used to surround the city, urban developments have sprung up whose planning has been indifferent to the landscape and coexistence with nature.

The project is located in one of these newly built neighbourhoods, on a well-oriented plot occupying the end position of a long row of terraced houses in contact with a small park. The cosmopolitan life of the clients, their memory of the landscapes experienced in Northern Europe and the dedication to the art world led to defying urban planning norms to achieve the two desired goals: high and luminous spaces for the artworks and the need to live connected to a diverse outdoor space.
