The hotel rooms face south in a long, narrow body, overlooking the river, its bridges and the city. Facing north are the terraces above the banqueting halls, which are illuminated by large palm-lined courtyards. These outdoor spaces are protected from the wind and the street leading to the hotel by a large stepped screen of concrete slats and glass eyes. This screen also organises the square so that pedestrians and vehicles are directed to the covered outdoor lobby where the entrance gates are located.

The hall is a volume attached to the body of the rooms and their corridors, with a height of five storeys and whose roof descends towards the access doors. It is an elongated space that widens in plan at the porch and reception area and narrows at the ends. The light in the white ambience descends from the skylights in the roof and escapes through the ground floor openings facing the exterior spaces on the north side. The corridors of the rooms are connected to this high space by means of vertical aluminium louvres to provide a view and protection.

The south façade is a grid of white lacquered aluminium that frames the floor-to-ceiling glazing of the rooms and ground floor rooms, protected from the sun by horizontal louvres, also of aluminium. The bathrooms were completely prefabricated in Portugal before the windows were installed. The large lounges and all the hotel's general services, kitchens, storerooms, etc., are located on the level of the palm courtyards. The ground floor houses the restaurants, the bar and the rooms of the business area, directly connected to the south terrace, which is the roof of the car park.

The swimming pool that communicates directly with the spa on the lower floor is located on the edge of the terrace facing the Ebro and enjoys the river landscape.
