In the centre of one of the wettest valleys in the north of Navarre. A valley of gentle but robust hills, where green grass and oak trees form a landscape of strong character whose colour changes with the seasons. A valley populated according to a system of small, relatively close nuclei, which are configured in an apparently random way. In this context, it is proposed to build a high performance equestrian complex dedicated to dressage and home to some of the most sophisticated yet strongest horses that nature has created.

The organisation is relatively simple. A large elongated volume contains the stables and the living quarters of the guards and workers. The roof is the same, with the latter sloping to accommodate the greater height required by the second use, while the main access to the complex is configured at this point. In parallel, a large volume connected perpendicularly to the first volume contains the Olympic training track as well as the owners' living quarters and a living and training area for riders and trainers. Thus, from the living areas, there is a direct view of both the indoor and outdoor runway.
