Penetration into the building is understood as a route through a glazed gallery of rooms and a wooden tunnel of erable wood as a vestibule, leading to an intermediate level over a landscaped inner courtyard covered by a large skylight. There is a staircase, lateral service galleries and walkways leading to six duplex flats, from which the roof terrace is recovered for private use.

The inner courtyard gives access to the studio on the garden level, creating a garden and a pergola overlooking a tennis club. The structure has a 3-2-1-2-3 rhythm, which allows the problems posed by the exterior and courtyard façades, the construction of the staircases of the dwellings and the central courtyard to be overcome perfectly.

The splitting of the ground floor, which is set back three metres from the street, is solved by suspending it from the upper floor slab, which allows the general structure to remain open-plan. Consequently, the setback of the mezzanine floor and the bracing of the lateral frames allow the slenderness of the central façade column by almost completely eliminating the buckling.
