When we visited the complex for the first time, all the buildings had already been demolished, with only a complex outline of party walls and the remains of a building in Calle Conde de Ibarra. The Heritage Commission recommends the recognition of the different plots and the stitching of the building to the party walls for the new project. The route is particularly careful and surprising. A system of walkways reduces the number of stairs and speeds up the circulations, which end in balconies that spatially register another plot of land.
