The basic idea that illustrates this proposal takes to its ultimate consequences the fact that a stadium is more of a building than an infrastructure.

A building that can be used for other purposes, but which, above all, can and should try to recover a civic vocation. The project proposes a perimeter of offices or other daily public uses on the ground floor, all treated as a large urban "shop window" with direct and immediate access from the street.

Inside, the stadium is a surprise void where, in addition to playing football, it will be possible to watch public performances of a diverse and varied nature.
