"As the terrain is very steep, the house is built on several levels, in order to adapt as much as possible to the current topography, taking into account that the use of the house is comfortable, for which there are only 13 steps inside. To follow the contour lines, three long, narrow bays, each one lower than the previous one, are established so that the roof takes up the entire construction on a single slope of 20%, also lowering as the land descends.

The backbone of the house is a hall and staircase, located on the north-south axis; three groups of bedrooms are similarly located, to the east and overlooking the lake to the south. (...) Underneath the dining room, a space is used for storage, or children's play area, which is accessed through the garden. This garden should be given the utmost importance, as its movement makes it easy to obtain an essential element for the overall composition of the complex".
