The new Civic Centre of Nanclares de la Oca is located on a plot of land given over for equipment as a result of the development of the Partial Plan Residencia Sector Sl. The plot retains the irregular rhomboid shape of the original orchards.

The building adapts to the shape of the plot, assuming its lack of orthogonality. It consists of three floors and a basement. The total built-up area is 1,875 m2. The volume, compact and unitary in appearance, is transversally fissured, creating two corridors that contain the building's general accesses and resolve the connection between the two parallel roads that constitute the urban support of the area. The prismatic stone volume is thus broken down into three parts that face each other through glazed façades.
