The special conditions of the site and the specificity of this sport encourage us to propose this building that specialises to the maximum to build a place where training is the protagonist of the new High Performance centre.

The site has a long frontage - some 180 metres - which ends in a succession of sports buildings: football pitch, indoor sports centre, swimming pool..., and now this centre for technical training. Behind this front is the beginning of a wooded slope, which is approached laterally by residential buildings.

The programme of activities includes, among the main spaces, the following: main hall 50 x 30 x 15, 2 rhythmic gymnastics training rooms 25 x 35 x 12/15, 1 sport gymnastics training room 25 x 35 x 10/8 and 1 sport gymnastics training pit.
