Building between party walls, 11.60 m wide, which exhausts its buildable depth to the inside of the island just at the corner of the chamfer. The programme is developed on three levels for an architectural office, four levels for residential use, with two dwellings per landing, and three basement levels for parking organised in half floors.

The façade is structured with vertical elements with 50% full-empty, as is mandatory in the Ensanche Cerdá. The four materials used are the traditional ones: stone, iron in the balconies, wooden shutters and stained glass. The façade is organised in four skins, like an onion, 40 cm thick: an interior glass curtain wall with a 0.90 and 2.80 m full-height modulation, sliding slatted niangon wood shutters, a continuous railing with thin steel plates and frames supporting silver quartzite stones from India placed in 90 x 30 cm horizontal slats with 4 cm openings that coincide with the empty parts of the shutters.

The façade is structured on a single plane so as not to offer bodies jutting out onto the street, producing a certain dynamism by combining fixed and mobile parts, playing on the inside with light openings, filtering the view and the noise of the street. The large openings on the ground floor open onto the street giving an urban view of transparency towards the interior, solving the access to the car park, the entrance hall and the offices.
