"The programme is very broad, since it consists of a reception and living area at noon and towards the marsh, composed of two living rooms, a dining room and two halls linked by a gallery, which are reached by means of two entrances from the courtyard; then to the east, a wing of bedrooms with 8 twin bedrooms with their corresponding bathrooms and an office, and on the other side, to the west, the service (...). Next to the service entrance, which is located in a side courtyard, is the entrance to the basement, which is located on the slope of the ground.

The courtyard is enclosed on all four sides, with a covered gallery around it, and cars will enter it through a large gate. In the centre, a pool or pond will be made to place aquatic plants at ground level. A small gatehouse will be placed at the entrance to the estate for the caretaker, and all the surrounding area will be landscaped down to the water level".
