Food and pharmaceutical production plants have parallel development processes. In this sense, the development of the project consisted of identifying the common areas in order to bring them together, organising the circulations to unify them and structuring the functional programme on three levels of a single building.

The main circulation areas, which articulate the more specific ones, are arranged as soon as you enter the building on the intermediate level. Double circulations are eliminated and the same vertical communication cores are used without mixing routes.

On the upper level, the floor plan is articulated by a central corridor giving access to the two production floors.
