The project is part of the Olympic Village Development Plan. The complex conforms to the volumetry of the plan although it establishes changes in the alignments.
The arched building breaks its rigidity through a curved segment of the building to give the dwellings to the east a better view of the sea. The rear façade of the arch is like a large screen pierced by the matching bedroom and staircase windows. On the seaward façade, the curve of the rear arch is transformed into planes that fold to receive the sliding shutters of the large windows of the living rooms, which in turn mark and protect the entrance to each staircase.

The square tower, which had been planned, has been replaced by an almond-shaped one, with a prow towards the sea. All the façades are invaded in a disorderly fashion by the shutters that slide over the walls and windows.

The centre of the square is a garden of palm trees of different species and sizes, remnants of those left over from other Olympic venues. Bar patrons will be seated on the one-metre raised terrace surrounding the garden, which is accessible by ramps and stairs.
The gable tiled roof was obligatory on all the buildings in the Olympic Village. In the tower, in order to avoid the look of an academic cap, the roof was inverted inwards.
