Connecting the park: pedestrian permeability through the Rosa Sensat park is improved. Three new paths are created connecting both sides of the park and facilitating the continuity of the city without altering the existing topography.

Renaturalise the park: the park's water self-sufficiency is augmented with areas where rainwater is retained and can filter down. The lawn area has been increased, new areas with colourful bushes  and lines of trees have been integrated to enhance the new layout of the park.

Re-equip the park: all existing urban elements are reused, the photovoltaic structures are maintained and more children's play equipment, benches and chairs have been installed to improve the habitability and people's appropriation of the park, with better living, walking and playing spaces.

Naturalising the street: the current Avinguda dels Alps is transformed from a four-lane road with a mainly industrial use into a new green path connecting the urban centre of Cornellà de Llobregat with the historic Can Mercader park. Pavements are widened, a cycle lane is built and the vegetation on the road is improved.
