We will have to be attentive, scrutinise, know how to wait, take risks, and in our case, take advantage of what is hidden in the place known as the Vaquería de Carme de Abaixo, adjacent to the river Sarela, where the city and the countryside intertwine in that peculiar way that gives shape to the "rueiros” (commons) with the towers of the cathedral as a reference on the horizon. It is a special place that accumulates history.

The Vaquería, located next to the small church, the bridge and the houses in Rua del Carme de Abaixo, is part of a countless series of facilities that were located over time next to the Sarela riverbed.
