The building is constructively divided into two distinct areas. The first (offices, editorial offices) is built as a technological container with a metal structure, with an exterior enclosure of prefabricated sheet metal panels. The second, all the studios, workshops and storage areas, were built with reinforced concrete walls clad with natural stone.

As the centre is a high-precision factory and with the need to humanise it, it is integrated to the maximum with the surrounding nature, creating all kinds of open spaces, openings, double heights or landscaped voids that enrich the whole and make it possible to connect the different areas. The courtyard garden is integrated into the building and its permanent view produces the sensation of working around landscaped walkways.

The tower appears emblematic and proud, standing out on the plain of the island and reflecting in the river. At night, the lighting, filtered through the metal louvres, presents the tower with a certain air of mystery and serves as an orientation landmark on the island.
