The idea was to build on the land freed up by the demolition of the warehouses of a textile factory, of which only the one occupied by the "steamer" was preserved. The location of the site in the city centre has given rise to a housing block that looks very different when it adheres to the alignments dictated by the urban fabric than when it faces the remains of the aforementioned industrial buildings

. Between the neat brickwork on the outside and the domestic treatment of the shutters, which guarantees spontaneous diversity on the inside, there is a counterpoint that characterises this project and makes it an unexpected urban episode in the fabric of the city.
