      10. The architect creates a platform that scales from the weather, geography, landscape until the skin outside of the home, the Nurbs.

      11. The invited industrial designers work from the skin of the Nurbs to the skin of the inhabitants, in search of a cellular, CHEMICAL approach to materiality.

      12. The design is always PARTICIPATIVE with the client.

      13. Definition of ATMOSPHERES within the skin.

      14. A skin with "CONTENTS". The skin has the ability to "engulf" the hardware of the house.

      15.CUSTOM TUNING: 3M surface that adheres to the spherical glass and serves as a reservoir for the interior painting. 220 m2 of personalised, unique image, a plotter for the house.

The skin reacts and manages ENERGIES and PRIVACY: the tuning design also takes into account the privacy requirements of the customers and therefore the design of the adhesive skin is arrived at through annual studies. People's routes and movements, exposure to wind and sun in different seasons. It is not an abstract design rather the superimposition of different diagrams.
