Located in the old district of Poblenou, in a transition point between the historical axis of María Agulló, the Rambla de Poble Nou and the vicinity of the beach, the project takes into account this double condition.

On the one hand, on Fernando Poo Street, it recovers the traditional typology of the house, one-sided, two-storey dwellings that show their individuality to the street. On the other, the corner, empty but with its edges drawn and outlined against the sky, overlooks the city of Barcelona with its lively flow of inhabitants and visitors who walk towards the beach.
