The building consists of 163 one-bedroom dwellings, two commercial premises and car parks, all developed over five floors above ground level and two below ground level, leaving the interior of the plot free of basements, which has allowed the planting of a large number of trees that favour the creation of a pleasant interior environment.

The building is divided into four blocks in which a central corridor provides access to the flats. Faced with a uniform and monotonous corridor, probably poorly lit and ventilated, it is proposed, by subtracting and replacing habitable cells, to widen it in parts, as well as freeing up some housing modules to achieve more diversity, the entry of natural light and views.

All the flats are one-bedroom, with a useful surface area of 40 m2 according to social housing regulations. In order to achieve a greater sense of spaciousness, a large window has been chosen that occupies the entire front, protected by an adjustable lattice that allows the lighting and privacy of the home to be controlled.
