The group is made up of a series of comb-shaped blocks, perpendicular to the traffic lane, and others parallel to the boundaries of the site, which visually close off the composition.

The comb-shaped blocks are deformed at the sides facing the street, creating a façade onto the street and thus closing off the interior spaces from noise and traffic views. This achieves an image of urban continuity and takes advantage of the better orientation to the south-east. The inter-block spaces are conceived as tree-lined walkways with large shrub beds attached to the blocks. Particular importance has been given to the treatment of the exterior paving. Gentle ramps bridge the unevenness of the terrain, facilitating access for the disabled.
