The programme consists of 23 two- and three-bedroom flats and a garage with 23 parking spaces. We approached the project on the basis of two principles:

- The housing solution is based on rational postulates, valuing the double orientation and creating an axis of cross-light that symmetrically arranges the spaces.

- The expression of the two blocks, as a manifestation of space, of scale, of the interior-exterior relationship without concession to the usual make-up of the façade or decorative formalisms, which detract from the character of the building.

This leads us to create two essential blocks where the type is repeated, with great constructive simplicity and economy of means. An internal space closed to the surroundings is created, through which the dwellings are accessed, a placid space for relationships, open and private.
