In the midst of an imposing landscape, with an almost constant presence of strong wind, the hotel is conceived as a succession of protected and comfortable interior spaces to contemplate the outside. This is a four-star hotel located in a crop 3 km away from the old town of Tudela and in the area of influence of the Bardenas Reales de Navarra Natural Park.

The hotel, which is on the ground floor, has twenty-two rooms, thirteen of which have a private garden. It seeks to approach the rural and austere character of the place, offering uncluttered, simple and silent atmospheres. The structure of the building is made of steel and the entire construction is dry construction except for the concrete floor slabs. The façades are made of sandwich panels to fit the limited budget and reduce execution times.

To emphasise the idea of the rooms as sheltered vantage points, we created protruding windows without the frame of the joinery visible from the inside. The depth of the window is exaggerated and the interior is clad with plywood to be occupied. This cladding conceals the frame of the joinery and the motorised blackout roller curtains that can be lowered. By day the window is perceived as a simple gap without glass which creates a false perception of thickness, not inherent to the lightweight construction used.
