The idea of inserting a large volume facility in a medium-low density, rural setting has been the main challenge of the project. By means of a broken volume on its north side, and always using the typology that surrounds it with a sloping roof, a volume in accordance with the size and dimension of the environment in which the gable is located is achieved.

The expressiveness of the piece and its uniqueness is expressed through the use of three raw materials: wood, concrete and zinc. Wood through unique latticework and concrete as a sign of the massiveness of the gable dihedral are combined in a continuous interplay. In an effort of synthesis and containment, wood and concrete are manifested in an apparently simple manner, for which notable structural solutions have been used to achieve large spans that facilitate the cleanliness and perception of the construction and the void that surrounds it.

Special mention should be made of the wooden latticework that separates the volume of the gable from that of the square to which it opens. It is an "L" truss made entirely of wood that filters the light and establishes the necessary filter in the passage from the exterior void to the interior space of the gable. It is a simple programme expressed by a raw materiality, a synthesis that results in a clean piece that dialogues without stridency in the rural environment that surrounds it.
