The building has three storeys and stands on a trapezoid-shaped plot: one of its sides facing the street, two of them adjoining adjoining plots and, at the back, the courtyard of a building facing a parallel street.

The built volume leaves a rear courtyard across the entire width of the plot with a depth of approximately four metres. The ground floor houses the exhibition hall, a multi-purpose room, an office and a cafeteria; the latter is arranged in such a way that it can have an independent timetable with respect to the rest of the centre, and also has its own service entrance.

The double-height exhibition hall is illuminated by a large window overlooking the Calle Mayor. From the exhibition hall, access to the second floor is via a main staircase, with a large intermediate landing above the exhibition hall itself, which serves as a visual extension as well as for use.

Another secondary staircase starts from the hallway to give greater flexibility of use. Three classrooms, an information area and a small office are planned for this floor.
