This passenger terminal has nine boarding gates in its opening stage. The building of the new Murcia International Airport is defined by the processor, 125 m long and 75 m deep, and the dike, 350 m long and 15 m wide. There are nine boarding gates at the dock.

In any case, the landside façade reaches a development of 200 linear metres, exceeding the width of the processor by 37.5 m at both ends, already defining the future growth scenario of the airport. The terminal has three floors: a ground floor, a mezzanine floor and a first floor.
