The aim is to give prominence to the nuances and the limited scale of the domestic and the particular. Find the surprise. A catalogue of dwellings is developed that are grouped three-dimensionally (aggregation) following clear, simple and sufficiently open rules to create an ensemble adapted to the diversity of situations that the programme demanded and the environment require. The alignment to the street is respected and the depth of the plot is recognised.

The complex stretches between the boundaries, plays with the limiting dividing walls, making some disappear and enhancing others, and envelops an interior courtyard-plaza that organises traffic and public areas. The housing units are generated from a single or double-height space (living-dining-kitchen module) to which other smaller spaces are added (bedroom-bathroom / bedroom-storage modules).

The different aggregation possibilities result in a variety of spatial configurations for the same programme elements, or different surfaces depending on the number of aggregated modules. This logic of spatial aggregation makes it possible to think of each unit in relation to an ensemble that seeks to offer a varied landscape, rich in nuances and adapted to its physical conditions without losing the quality, rigour and standardisation that the development of social housing requires.
