Facing the problem at hand could have been approached in the wrong way, thinking of the river as an accident of the city. Nothing could be further from the truth, the city is one of the river's own events. The proposal responded to this dimension and acted from a geographical sphere, understanding that what was being negotiated was a biological whole, a vector that cannot be segregated according to the old rural-urban binomial.

Gradual accessibility, controlled accessibility, ordered accessibility. Through the river, the urban fabric is decompressed, naturalised and reaches a continuity of green areas that takes on previously unimagined dimensions. The project is conceived as an opportunity to make the city a memorable place.
