ORDER of 19 November 1951, resolving the National Architecture Competition for the current year.
"Hon. Mr.:
Having regard to the file on the resolution of the National Architecture Award for the current year; and Whereas, by Ministerial Order of 29 March last, the aforementioned National Competition was announced, the theme of which was a building for an orchestra or band to hold open-air concerts in a square or promenade in a Spanish city, offering a prize of 15,000 pesetas and a runner-up prize of 8,000 pesetas; the Jury, chaired by Mr. Luis Moya Blanco, and also comprising Mr. Pedro Bidagòr and Mr. Diego Méndez, unanimously agreed to propose awarding the prize of 15,000 pesetas to the project indicated with number two, authored by Mr. Felipe López Delgado, and the runner-up prize of 8,000 pesetas to the project indicated with number four, authored by Mr. Enrique Moreno Borrás and Mr. Jaime Salas, This Ministry, in accordance with the above proposal, has resolved:
1. To award the prizes in the form of the amounts detailed therein.
2. That the amount of the same be paid from the appropriation consigned in chapter one, article two, group six, concept 17, number 3, of the current budget of this Department, whose expenditure was reported by the Accounting and Budget Section of the Ministry on 28 February last, and by the General Intervention of the State Administration on 9 March following, being drawn on the Central Treasury in the name of the Qualified for National Competitions Mr. Cecilio Sagarna López de Goicoechea
